What does my Boot Camp Offer?
- Limited group size- There are 12 spots per class. This allows me to keep the sessions customized to the group.
- With a smaller group I can get to know the students one on one.
- Several weeks out to the start date of camp, I will post exercises for you to do to help prepare for camp. It is not necessary to do these exercises, however doing so will help familiarize you and increase your confidence and your ability for camp.

- You just show up, all Equipment is provided. Hand sanitizer is provided at the beginning and end of class. Please feel free to bring your own stretch mat if you prefer.

Common Concerns….
- Can I keep up? Everyone goes their own pace. The key is consistency. If you show up, change will happen. Also I will post exercises several weeks out from camp. These will be body weight movements. At most you will need a chair and a mat. No mat? Floor will do. I will post modified movements for those moves that might be tricky on the knees, low back….
- Will I hold others back? Remember, everyone goes their own pace. If you familiarize yourself with the common bodyweight exercises that I post, find your modification if necessary, you will show up prepared and will experience the greatest success for yourself.
- What if I have an old injury? We all have something, if we are old enough. I do my best showing modified moves. It is up to YOU to work within your limits.
